| Excellent Mixer. Easy to install. Just get a couple of good and new turntables (ex. Stanton) and you are set. |

| These work great for mixing, have great accuracy in bass & treble & are easy to manage even for a novice although this mixer may also be used for an experienced & seasoned DJ... |

I have only been mixing now for a few months. This mixer is a great value. It has the essential features for any DJ to practice scratching on: variable crossfader slope, hampster switch, 3-channel EQ.
There are only two problems I have had with it. The first is that I needed to spray some of that magical electrical contact cleaner into the crossfader within the first couple of weeks. Without that the crossfader made quite a bit of noise while traveling. The other problem is that the crossfader slope is not continuously variable. You only have two settings: sharp and....not sharp. The not-so-sharp setting fades out by the center of travel. The sharp setting fades out by the first tick mark on the mixer's face. The fact that there are only two settings keeps you from making a more fine-tune customization.
Even mentioning these problems emphasizes them too much. This thing works beautifully and I am having a ton of fun with it. |
