Product Description |
| Despite its ultra-compact size, this four-channel line mixer from Behringer is big on features. It yields the highest sonic quality at all output levels, boasting ultra low-noise 4580 operational amplifiers for outstanding audio performance--the same op amps found in its much bigger brethren. Get a Little More Expanding on the capabilities of standard-size mixers is where the MX400 does extremely well, for example as a sub-mixer. If you are running short on available channels on your "big" mixer and need to bring the output of three different keyboards into your mix, you can simply connect them to the MX400, work out the keyboard mix, and connect the MX400's output to a single input on your main mixer. Nice inexpensive monaural mixer

This is a nice inexpensive mixer. I use for mixing wireless microphones and sound effects for my local community theater. It works fine. A mute button per input would have been nice, as would sliders rather than knobs for volume controls. For the price, it is a good value.

Excellent small mono mixer. Versatile!

| I used this to mix my Ipod with my guitar into my guitar amplifier. It doesn't sound half bad. For a mono single speaker playing both of those items, it sounds excellent. I just had to go to radio shack and buy the 1/8 inch stereo to 1/4 inch mono adapter for the Ipod and I could play along to play-along tracks. |
I can't believe it's MONO!

I ordered this item to mix 2 channels into 1, but found out that this device doesn't support Stereo.
That's right, it's the year 2008 and this mixer doesn't support two output channels.
This might be okay if you don't have two ears or want to connect some weirdo old synthesizer (Mini Moog comes to mind) which has only one channel.
For all other applications, I'd recommend getting a stereo mixer. |
